Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not ship internationally, and we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or other remote UK regions.Customers also have the option to collect orders directly from our taproom in Camden Market. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after Friday afternoon will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery Methods and Timing
We use Evri and DPD for all UK deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination, but most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
We do not currently offer same-day or next-day delivery.
Shipping Rates
-Flat rate shipping: £5.99 per order
-Taproom pickup: Free (select "Local Pickup" at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and apply per order.
Age Verification on Delivery
As we sell alcohol, you must be 18 years or older to receive your delivery. Our delivery partners may request valid photo identification to confirm your age.
If age verification cannot be completed, the order will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and additional fees may apply.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to:
-An incorrect or incomplete address,
-Failed age verification, or
-The customer not being available to receive the parcel,the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, and an additional shipping fee may be required.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
